FIMA Council meeting attendance local costs for each participant:

The cost of accommodation in a single room is US$ 100 per day. The cost of accommodation in a twin room or a double room is US$ 130 per day. For those sharing a twin room or a double room the cost of accommodation per participant is US$ 65 per day. The cost of meals is US $50 per day for each participant. For those sharing a twin room or double room the cost of attending the FIMA Council meeting for two days is US$ 195 for 3 nights accommodation plus US $ 150 for meals for 3 days plus US $ 55 for local transport to and from the airport. This makes a total of US $ 400 for each delegate. For those staying in a single room, the cost of attending the FIMA Council meeting for two days is US$ 300 for 3 nights accommodation plus US $ 150 for meals for 3 days plus US $ 55 for local transport to and from the airport. This makes a total of US $ 505 for each delegate.

FIMA delegates attending the 4thInternational Muslim Leaders’ Consultation on HIV/AIDS (IMLC)

We highly recommend that all FIMA delegates make use of the group arrangements made for FIMA and its partners. We strongly recommend that each FIMA member identifies a suitable person to be the coordinator and champion of interreligious cooperation to increase quality religiosity and its use, by individuals and communities, to fast-track the response to end HIV/ AIDS as a public health threat by 2030. Each IMA should look for sponsorship for this coordinator from their own resources and those of their partners to ensure this individual participates in all the 7 days of the consultation. We highly recommend that all FIMA delegates make the necessary financial arrangements to ensure they attend all the activities of the 4th International Muslim Leaders’ Consultation on HIV/AIDS (IMLC) after the conclusion of the FIMA Council meeting. FIMA is an International Islamic Faith-based Organization. The 4th IMLC will be a unique opportunity for FIMA and its partners to work together and make a significant faith-based contribution to solving the international health dilemma of HIV/AIDS.

Registration for the FIMA Council meeting

All delegates who intend to attend the FIMA Council meeting must complete a registration form and email it with the attached scanned copy of the passport to the organizers hosting the meeting by 30th April 2019. An invitation letter will then be emailed to each delegate by the organizers hosting the meeting.
